Creative outreach workshops in Fareham & Portchester

Artcycle is a non-profit organisation that brighten lives by bringing single-material creative reuse and sustainable art and craft activities to local communities. We work with schools, charities and community groups in the Hampshire and Solent area.

Craft with a purpose

Through a faith-based Christian ethos, we bring together a nurturing approach to creativity and stewardship. Participants enjoy the challenge of making beautiful things from discarded materials. Through our community we help others develop new skills, and discover an endless potential.

Our work is about giving hope, develop confidence and create cleaner, and more joyful towns to thrive. Our aim is: creative reuse to brighten lives, by inspiring the next generation.

Bring Artcycle to your space

We offer single-material outreach workshops to community groups, schools, families,
charities, residential homes and other local groups to create tailored hands-on activities that

From waste bin to a classroom aquarium

Since 2024 we have been promoting stewardship through single-stream workshops and environmental events. More recently, Artcycle teamed with Wicor Primary School in Portchester to reach children, by helping them understand the potential of waste materials, through the creation of a Botfish puppet. Giving hope and joy through reuse.

Thank you so much — we really appreciate you coming in. The children absolutely loved the session and were so proud of their Botfish creations. Thank you too for the resources — we’re looking forward to using them and building on what you’ve started. We’d love to welcome you back in the future and will certainly pass your details on to the junior school. Thanks again for such a lovely experience.
