Let us show your pupils the joy of reshaping waste

We work in partnership with schools to create practical experiences that encourage children to explore, discover and transform everyday rubbish into something beautiful and meaningful.

Creative activities using single-stream materials, discovering the possibility of resources that might otherwise be thrown in the bin, or those that sadly miss the bin.

Our leaders are sensitive to the growing pressures that both schools and children face today. Artcycle foster the attitude that we can appreciate the gifts of our natural world, and help children see that waste is a resource full of possibility, inspiring curiosity, resilience, and creative thinking.

Dedicated craft leaders are Enhanced DBS checked and first-aid trained, providing friendly, step-by-step guidance and to children of all abilities.

Classroom resources and workshops

Stewardship and entrepreneurship, are child's play at Artcycle. Our eco, art-and-craft-based workshops nurture the connection between emotional wellbeing and the environment.

Classroom workshops

We enjoy talking about waste and recycling. Invite us to present and deliver a workshop that includes, material Identification games and activities made from recycled items.

Teaching resources

Build your own materials bank, with our free resources and signage that uses colours, symbols and wording as part of the seperation education.

After School Club–Junior Reshapers

Talk to us about our 4-week after-school taster programme, designed for pupils aged 7–11.

In fun, hands-on one-hour sessions, pupils will discover a surprising new way to look at everyday household packaging — transforming
ordinary materials into imaginative arts and crafts.

It’s a creative, playful way to encourage curiosity, imagination and sustainable thinking, while showing children that the possibilities for making and creating are endless.

KS2

Book six weekly sessions

Suitable for children aged 7 to 11

What's included:

• 1 hour workshop

• 12-week programme for pupils to work on longer projects with different waste materials
